Frank Ciecierski is president of Crest Consulting, Coaching, and Training, a division of Resource Action Concepts, Inc. (RAC). Frank is a former adjunct Professor in the MBA Management Program at PACE University in New York City, a former president of the New Jersey Professional Coaches Association, and the founder of the Allied Business Consultants (The ABC Group), a consortium of independent business consultants, business owners, and/or business partners.
Frank has spent over 30 years as an educator and over 20 years as a corporate executive and business consultant/coach/trainer. The breadth and depth of his business experience includes work in coaching, training, human resources, customer service, marketing, sales, and strategic planning.
Mr. Ciecierski has served a client list as diverse as Polaroid Corporation, Weight Watchers, the International Group of Accounting Firms, law firms, hospital and medical centers, and Boards of Education. He has worked with clients in the healthcare, manufacturing, flexible packaging and textile service industries, as well as lent his expertise to attorneys and other consultants.
Although he has been using coaching in his training and consulting business since 1987, it was in 1996 that Frank began to coach individuals, business owners, sales people, and executives as a major part of his business.
Frank uses several assessments in his coaching/training practice, including The Prevue Assessment; the PDP Personality Profile; 360 Degree Assessments in Leadership, Management, HR, and Emotional Intelligence; and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.
Frank is also a frequent guest speaker and seminar presenter on such topics as: New Selling Techniques; Networking; Rapport Building; Hiring Techniques; Leadership and Emotional Intelligence; Supportive Communication; The Inevitability of Change; Coping with the New Breed of Worker; Managing the Generation Gaps; Using Personality Profiles in Interpersonal Skills Training and Coaching; and Team Building.
