Training

All of our training is custom-designed to fit your needs, and our courses can run from four to 24 hours, again, depending on your needs. Each course includes visual, auditory, and kinesthetic components, a built-in coaching element, follow-up e-mails, and an individualized action plan that each participant agrees to follow.

Our focus is on having participants:

Know themselves better – their strengths and weaknesses, their styles of leadership and management, their personalities, their learning/thinking styles, their emotional intelligence level, their body language, their motivation triggers, and their selling talents (if applicable).

Know others better – their strengths and weaknesses, their styles of leadership and management, their personalities, their learning/thinking styles, their emotional intelligence level, their body language, their motivation triggers, and their selling talents (if applicable).

Take action, based on what they know about themselves and others – the key is in not necessarily practicing The Golden Rule (Treat others as you want to be treated), but in practicing The Platinum Rule (Treat others the way they want to be treated).

In other words, adjusting to other people to get rapport and form relationships will ultimately lead to better communication and success.
